I absolutely adore learning. And this afternoon I’ve attended the @acupuncture_now_australia webinar with @dr_brooke_stemm_psychologist on how to use the most up to date pain science in how we communicate in the clinic to improve outcomes for people living with chronic pain (in addition to the acupuncture treatment). This is such an excellent topic. Even I need time out sometimes. This is @spa180.com.au which is one of my happy places I love to visit when I need some rest and relaxation. This time I enjoyed an aromatherapy massage and facial, but I can also highly recommend soaking in the spa itself. And that view of Bass Strait is one of the most beautiful in the world. As we head through this latest COVID wave, I've been reviewing the clinic COVID safe plan and the ever changing government guidelines. I'm still doing all I can to reduce the risk of COVID in the clinic to benefit everyone who comes to this space (and also means I don't need to take off time from clinic affecting your appointments if I develop symptoms). Nasturtiums! Is there anything they can’t do? 🧡💚 Friday night dinner in: a homemade soup with leftover veggies from the fridge, browned brussel sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, brown rice noodles, tofu and plenty of onion, garlic and ginger. A delicious, warming and nourishing meal which is actually simple, quick and easy to make! How can Sarah help when you are trying to conceive, pregnant, in the lead up to birth or in the postpartum period? ⬆️ See link in bio for full article.
